Arthur K.L. Leung

Arthur has over 25-years’ experience of accounting, auditing, corporate financing, statutory and regulatory compliance in public companies in Hong Kong and mainland China. As part of his career, he has held number of C-level and CFO positions and accompanied number of successful IPO engagements with major operation presence in China and HK.

In his early career, Arthur worked in Ernst & Young and Price Waterhouse Coopers as auditing professional. After joining commercial sectors, he was involved in project management and cultivated corporate finance experience in various business, such as, supermarket and electronic retailing, medicine manufacturing & distribution, coal fired power plants, real estate development during the employment tenure with China Resources Group, the most reputable and scalable China state owned conglomerate headquartered in Hong Kong. In addition, he had dealt with E-commerce in the early stage of internet development in mainland China. He also was deputy GM of Investors Relation and Company Secretary of Shanghai Electric, one of the largest power-generating equipment’s manufacturing companies.

Recently Arthur focused in telematic chipsets businesses to assist with fund raising to meet the needs in research, development and expansion.

Arthur has MBA, FCCA and HKICPA and is fluent in Cantonese (dialect in HK), Mandarin, English.
