Dmitry Dobryak

Dmitry has more than 20 years of experience of setting up and managing operational finance function in the portfolio companies of western private equity and corporate investors. He has an extensive experience of participating in investments transactions, conducting corporate restructurings, and managing cash burn optimization programs.

Recently Dmitry worked as CFO of Titan, a communications solutions supplier where he managed to restructure finance function and strengthen internal controls in number of countries. In 2013- 2017 Dmitry worked as CFO and one of the founding partners of AM.RU, new and used cars trading website with focus on equity raising, pursuing an ambitious goal of building national leader in automotive sector. The project was subsequently acquired by one of major players.

Before that Dmitry served as CFO on several projects with focus on liquidity crisis management, financial and legal restructuring, negotiations with creditors. Working with external lawyers, auditors, and bankers he was responsible for rescue business plans and financial models with an emphasis of increasing of companies’ value.

Dmitry started his professional career in 1992 with Arthur Andersen in Moscow. He moved to the industry in 1999 and worked as the Finance Director with of the leading pharmaceutical distributors which was invested by The Carlyle Group and later acquired by Alliance Unichem.

Dmitry holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Rollins College, Crummer Graduate School of Business (USA). He is a Certified Public Accountant, member of American Institute of CPAs.

Dmitry is fluent in English, Russian and Spanish.
