- This is normally first stage of any project with Enercor involvement and is normally done for the projects that will then be managed by Enercor (or represent notable potential for Enercor to step in)
- Enercor is very skilled in providing post or pre-M&A business review for potential investors or stakeholders that have already made their decision
- Enercor is also capable of providing for Operational and Strategic Due Diligence especially in relation with potential investments in Non-Performing Loans or poorly performing or distressed assets that might represent high growth potential upon restructuring
- All our due diligences are done with managerial angle and contain very practical recommendations to stakeholders on future steps and what exactly needs to be done (normally with Enercor involvement)
- We do not normally specialize on due diligence as stand-alone processes, but are doing it for projects with our existing or potential involvement thus providing substantial savings to our clients
