Engineering JV with major world airplanes manufacturer for design of passenger planes

Enercor was mitigating and resolving conflict of shareholders while ensuring company’s operations are running
as usual. Enercor was able to resolve conflict of minority shareholder with both majority shareholder thus
increasing the dividends over 10 times. Enercor was also able to secure long term engineering contracts for the
JV as well as was then able to sell the minority shares at the required price to mutual satisfaction of all the parties
involved.
